The Welsh Government has failed to deliver a new hospital in Rhyl to take pressure off Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.

Ministers promised Rhyl a new hospital with a Minor Injuries Unit in 2013 but a decade on and we are yet to see a spade in the ground.
